Coconut Sandesh

Ingredients:   Method:

1/2 lb chenna / paneer
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup desiccated coconut
1 1/2 tbsp pistachio nuts(chopped)

few Silver varak


Blend the freshly prepared chenna for 1 minute on low speed.

Mix thoroughly with the desiccated coconut and the powdered sugar.

Place in a heavy bottomed pan and cook on low flame for 3 - 4 mins.

Remove from flame add pistachio nuts.

Mix gently and shape into desired shapes. Decorate with silver varak.


Refrigerate and serve chilled.
