Missi Roti

Ingredients:   Method:

1 cup Besan

1 cup plain flour

2 onions

2-3 green chilies

2 green onions

1 inch piece of ginger

1 tsp anardana powder

1/2 tsp vinegar

1/2 tsp roasted ground cumin seeds

4 tbsp oil

1/2 cup ghee

salt to taste


Chop onion ,green onion, ginger and green chilies finely.


Mix all the ingredients (except for ghee) together and knead a smooth dough with water.


Make small balls of dough. Roll them in a circle of about 3 mm thickness.


You can make paranthas by cooking these on griddle or broil them in oven.


After they are ready spread some ghee on them and eat with your favorite dish.
