Green chili Achaar

Ingredients:   Method:

1 Kg Green chili

50 gram Salt

10 gram dry mango Powder

10 gram funnel (saunph) seeds

10 gram white cumin seeds

Juice of 8 limes

1 cup mustard oil

 

Wash all chilies but don't break the top. Cut all chilies in middle but don't split into pieces.

 

In a vessel heat mustard oil and after its hot add all the masala and lime juice. After 8-10 minutes take it off the heat and wait until its cooled.

 

Fill a bit of this masala into chilies put them in a glass or ceramic jar and pour the rest on top of them.

 

Cover the jar and leave it for 8-10 days. Keep stirring it every day.
