Fruit Raita

Ingredients:   Method:

2 firm Bananas
1 tsp Ground Cumin
1 cup Plain yogurt (curd)
2 tbsp Shelled Walnuts
cup Seedless Grapes
tsp Roasted Cumin seeds,

1 tsp Sugar

Rock Salt to taste

Chili powder


Place the yogurt in a chilled bowl.

Add the sugar, salt and ground cumin, and gently mix together.


Add the grapes and walnuts. Slice the bananas directly into the bowl and fold in gently before the bananas turn brown.

Chill and sprinkle the cumin seeds, chili powder just before serving.
